3 Year Old Class Curriculum
Our 3 year old preschool class offers a warm and joyful introduction to the school experience. Children build new friendships and develop essential social-emotional skills like learning how to communicate with peers, work through simple conflicts, and practice sharing with the support of teachers who model positive dialogue. Beyond letters and numbers, our students grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. Each day is filled with hands-on activities, singing, dancing, creative exploration, and plenty of play that makes learning both meaningful and fun.

PreK 3 Day Curriculum
Our Pre-K 3 Day Program provides a nurturing, engaging environment where curiosity and confidence flourish. Throughout the year, students build a strong educational foundation and develop a genuine love of learning through hands-on experiences and purposeful play. Children explore early literacy skills by recognizing letters, practicing writing uppercase letters, and discovering their sounds. Using the Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Program, they strengthen oral language and listening skills that are essential for future reading success. Students will begin exploring early math concepts such as counting, recognizing numbers, and measurement. It’s a year full of growth, exploration, and fun as children gain the independence to thrive in kindergarten next year.

PreK 4 Day Curriculum
The Pre-K 4 Day program is more than just an extra day of learning. Students loop through the alphabet twice, mastering both capital and lowercase letters. They begin the year using the Heggerty phonics program and transition into the UFLI curriculum which is the same phonics program used in Mahomet-Seymour schools to ensure a smooth progression into kindergarten. Math lessons dig deeper into number concepts, and small reading groups allow teachers to meet each child’s individual learning needs. This program provides a bridge between preschool and kindergarten, helping students grow academically and socially while continuing to have fun each day.
